WhatsMyDISC ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Leading Between The Lines. This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you use our free DISC personality assessment tool, how we use that information, and your rights regarding your data.

When you take the DISC assessment, we may collect the following information:
- First name — provided by you on the email capture form
- Email address — provided by you on the email capture form
- DISC scores — your Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness scores calculated from your assessment responses
- IP address — collected automatically via server headers
- Referrer URL — the page that directed you to our site
- User agent — your browser and device information
- UTM parameters — campaign tracking parameters from your URL (e.g., utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To generate your personalized DISC personality profile and deliver your results
- To subscribe you to the "Leading Between The Lines" newsletter via beehiiv, our email service provider (if you provide your email address)
- To understand how visitors find and use our assessment for internal analytics
Data Storage
Your assessment data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon, a cloud database provider. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services in connection with our assessment:
- Vercel — hosting and web analytics
- beehiiv — newsletter delivery and email management
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.
Data Retention
Your data is stored indefinitely unless you request its deletion. If you would like your data removed, please contact us at the email address below and we will delete your information from our database.
Your Rights

Cookies
Our use of cookies is minimal. We use an authentication cookie for admin access only, and Vercel Analytics may set cookies for basic web analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
